What a joke service is awful - 3rd time is enough to never go back. I get opening weekends they need to get it together even though they stood there doing nothing but. This morning walked in with 1 customer waiting for drink -after 5 mins had to ask one of the 3 employees to help me. 2 minutes later they come back to tell me a rush order just came in it will now take 10-15 minutes for a smoothly! Guess my money wasn't good enough so I took it back - another 10 mins for that but will go to Jamba Juice - they like my money. Apparently they only pay attention to the app orders. Guess you don't realize people pay for smoothies not apps!
