Great. My juice and acai bowl we're perfectly prepared and delicious.

My juice was made within the expected time frame! Staff was nice and it was an easy quick pick up

Visiting from Philadelphia, I stopped in to grab a juice. A little pricey for a a smoothie, but I forgot this is California! Overall a decent smoothie.

Ordered online, was greeted right away when I walked in and order was ready. Acai bowl and juice were delicious.

It was good. The girl who served us was pleasant and working hard to take new drink orders and prepare them. I use the app to order ahead because it always takes awhile to make the drinks and smoothies no matter when I come in, which is fine, but just something to know if you’re a customer and you’re ever in a rush. Highly recommend the app and using the favorites feature to save time and money given that Nekter often has a variety of decent deals running throughout the month which I appreciate as juices and smoothies are generally on the pricier side no matter where you go.

Ordered drink via app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store AFTER my pick-up time and my drink was still not ready. I added an immunity boost to my juice and it was not mixed into the drink. I wish I could take my tip back.

I live near the Torrance Nekter location but the quality and service is inconsistent (not up to par, the same juice can taste wildly different from order to order, the staff seems a little put out/unhappy and the store doesn’t seem clean). I go out of my way to the Redondo location. The store is clean, the staff friendly and engaged and my order is always right and consistent (tastes the same each time as expected). The staff at Redondo seems well managed, motivated and happy which makes a big difference- thanks

I order regularly, and I’ve never been disappointed. The bowls and juices are the best!

Only downside was that I did not get the correct size of juice. I ordered 16oz and 24oz juices, but received two 16oz juices.

This Redondo Beach store is always taking orders beyond their staff capacity. I walked in the other day and was told I would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes! For a Juice?? There were several staff members working as best they could to handle the situation. Part of the problem is the on line ordering! Turn it off in times when the storefront is super busy!! Asking guests to wait 25 minutes for a juice or smoothie is ridiculous!!

It’s the slowest service I’ve ever had from any fast food chain or juice bar. I finished eating my smash burger and tots without a drink. I still had to wait another 30 mins for my Nekter smoothies.

Love your juices and smoothies and come here often but the staff is ALWAYS lagging. Usually stand behind counter for a few before anyone notices or acknowledges me or comes out from back. I always pre order and it is never ready when I arrive which is always 20+ minutes. Lots of inconsistencies with my orders
