Good I didn’t see anyone they’re busy walked to the little fridge got my smoothie it was ver good and quick

Blending can improve for smoothies. Prices are really expensive.

I ordered for a 2:30 pick up and it was sitting there waiting for me when I arrived. employee greeted me and I was able to grab my smoothie and experience sweet tasty goodness.

Employees are very kind but the two smoothies I ordered were way too watery. Toxin flush was good.

Quick and easy to pick up my order and the quality was great. The smoothie wasn’t watered down and tasted amazing.

I walked in to retrieve my online order and was told they just received the order and would have it out shortly. I sat there and waited for approximately 15 minutes, and they never called my name or let me know it was ready. I was getting frustrated, but tried to remain patient because the workers seemed really busy. A worker asked if I was still waiting, and proceeded to pull my drink out of the mini fridge for mobile orders. At no point in the ordering process nor my interaction with the nekter team was I under the impression that I would have to assume my smoothie would be placed in a paper bag. I assumed that was for the bowls. It was especially frustrating because I had an appointment at a nearby business that was closing soon, there was no one else in the store, and they already asked me what the name was on the order, and they still proceeded to ignore me. I ordered ahead for convenience and did not receive it.

I came in to pick up a mobile order and the staff greeted me and was polite as I collected my beverages. The staff at this location is always courteous and fulfills my orders well and without haste. They are appreciated. Thank you for the complimentary smoothie for your 200th opening. Congratulations, I will be back.

The almond mocha smoothie was a little bland, not in a bad way but thought it could use a little more flavor

It was great, I ordered on line and my drink was ready when I got there before the pick up time. The only issue I have with Nekter is that some of them - namely the one by my house, doesn’t open until 8 am making it impossible for me to get a smoothie there as I need to be at work by 8. Other than that, I love Nekter, I’ve never had a bad experience!

The bowls and smoothies are always made great!

Smoothie had a chunk that was not blended. It was just a big piece of banana at the bottom
