Placed a mobile order and came in before the store called to tell me they were out of the skoop flavor I’d ordered. I chose another flavor and she served it up right away. Overall the experience was good.

I was in a rush so I ordered my juice ahead of time on the app and by the time I went to the store, the drink was ready for me in the two way access fridge where I could pick it up and go. Appreciate that implemented efficiency!

RE: Stolen drinks
Nektar employees are great at the Tustin Marketplace location.
However, I have had two instances on Monday, 12/4 & Tuesday,12/5 where my 3 smoothies that I ordered in advance have been stolen by someone. Employees fixed the problem quickly but you need to monitor who is stealing customer drinks so that it does not happen again. I might not come back again.
