It was pretty good as I had ordered through the mobile app (no problems) and the cashier handed me the drink. I do, however, wish there was a paper receipt attached to the drink to see if the drink made included the ingredients I had optionally added through the mobile app.

When a bunch of kids are going to run a business, you are bound to lose quality. Employees dropping stuff in the back and then trashing what fell on the floor. Isn't this business loss? Right in front of me, a customer waited for a few minutes to order and then she left. 5 people in the back and such slow service. Clearly need more responsible folks to run this place.
I had another great experience with two pick up orders. The drinks were ready on time, made wonderfully and taste great. The staff was very friendly, prompt and courteous.
