Great ambiance and great atmosphere. Loved how I was greeted and loved how polite the staff is. Will go back to this location over the Irvine location by the John Wayne airport. Which is a farther drive but I will drive for service and appreciation because Irvine location is just horrible.

The only complaint is that I ordered a med smoothie and was given a large. I didn’t quite hear what the girl said, something about the large but, I was in a hurry so didn’t ask for the smaller one. There is almost always a reason why people order the size they want. The large is not only too much smoothie, but is also too big for my hand. Other than that I love Nekter and do recommend it to people often
