It was very pleasant. Was able to order ahead and arrive and pick up order. Only thing I would suggest is being greeted by the staff upon arrival. I went to the pick up counter and they were in the middle of something but could still have acknowledged me and let me know they would be with me shortly. Instead I had to ask them they came to drop off a bowl for another customer that I had a mobile order to pick up.

I asked the cashier if I had any promos or rewards with my phone number because my app wasn't working. she said no and then I checked one hour later and saw a plethora of rewards that weren't used.

Great service. What would be even better is for the applications to allow the customer to send a message via the app to notified that he has arrived and is parked and awaiting delivery of his order to his vehicle. Cheers!

My smoothie was not blended well. It was watery and there were chunks of bananas and strawberries at the bottom, which I couldn’t drink.

I asked for the staff to remake my drink since it did not taste like what I was used to, it actually didn’t taste like anything really, and when they handed me the remade drink it looked completely different and did not meet my expectation that I’m used to.
