Staff was friendly & location clean but person handling payments was also preparing drinks.
Also, 2nd person had mask pulled down to chin & was checking gum with his mouth open while preparing drinks. Doesn't that violate a health code? I thought you couldn't eat while preparing food.
What's the point of the mask if it's worn around the chin.

They have such a great product (my go to is the açaí banana berry bowl) but the consistency with which it is made is remarkable. Takes a concerted effort on all fronts to pull this off. Staff to a person is always welcoming and genuinely friendly to me; I appreciate that so much. And the online ordering is simple, fast and convenient. Cheers to the Nekter Tustin crew!!

Order was not ready in time. Had to wait a few minutes. No big deal. The time the app gives should be increased when the place is busy.

Always great although I was not crazy about the pumpkin spice smoothie. There was no sweetness or spiciness whatsoever it tasted like plain pumpkin

Walked in 18 minutes after placing the order, they had not started making my juice yet. It wasn't busy,no one was in the store and at least 2 employees available. When I inquired thy didn't respond until I asked if it had not been made yet. Order ahead is great when you're in a time crunch, but useless if order isn't seen until you arrive for pickup

We ordered Greenie juice yesterday evening & it was a probably the worst we’ve ever had.
I don’t think there were much green veggies in it… seemed more like apple juice
