Nekter Juice Bar - Tustin

Order was late and my juice was not even close to being full, even with ice in it.

Ordering was easy. Item was ready for pickup early. Manager Kim is friendly and easy to talk to.

My turmeric shot and toxin flush drink did not taste good today. I ordered the same drinks yesterday from a different location and they were as expected.

Have always loved Nekter, but the 2 ordered items this time were both poorly made. The smoothie had no flavor and appeared to be watered down. The juice had so much ginger that it was impossible to drink straight. Should have contacted store, but items were delivered since home sick. Never had a problem with orders before, but this time the juices were awful! Hoping just a fluke or new staff member just learning.

I love your smoothies but today we ordered bowls and found the acai to not be very flavorful and watery. I asked for no strawberries but then my bowl was lacking fruit. I assumed mistakenly they would replace the strawberries with more blueberries and bananas. I get much better bowls at other places for less money. Maybe stick to smoothies

This store is understaffed for the volume of business received. My mobile order was not ready by the time the app said it would be. Feel bad for the employees as they are trying to keep up with the demand.

When I received my order I was missing two of the items I ordered.

When I went to pick up the drinks, no one was in the front. I grabbed my drinks out of the cooler and I looked around and still no one came.

Nekter Marketplace is the bomb !! The servers are so courteous and respectful. The toxin flush with extra ginger will give you energy like no other. So delicious and so healthy. I highly recommend Nekter Marketplace. With warmest regards, John Choi God bless you.
