Asked for bag and you would have thought you were asking for her paycheck. Bowls are nothing like they used to be before the franchise and when business first started. They are less than half filled with smoothie mix even though bowl container have gotten smaller over the years.

Mobile order pickup. Never greeted in store and was able to walk in and out with my order. Both orders did not follow instructions of the order and either gave wrong toppings or didn’t include toppings in smoothie bowls

I ordered online and was supposed to be ready in 15 min but it took 50 min . I do understand they were busy but the lady was cleaning the floor instead of making juices for the customers. After 50min I had to go abs ask about my drinks

It was busy. I ordered online and received my drink after the promised time. The store's back room floor was dirty with food debris. There were no spoons at the front counter. Sad because I really like Nekter. It's tough times for retail businesses.
