I mobile ordered but it was not ready, which was fine. No one acknowledged that I was waiting there nor was I greeted until I was practically stepping behind the counter. Eventually I got my smoothie but it was 5 minutes after mobile order time — 20 minutes after I ordered.

Please label the bowl if they look the same. We could not tell which was the peanut butter or the almond butter bowl from looking at them. So we randomly had to choose between the two.

A massive thank you to the team because it was the launch of the happy hour and it was BUSY! My customized order was on-time and made to order. Everyone was friendly and cheerful when I went to pick up the order (even though I was late). The menu is on the pricier side, so this is an occasional treat.

I ordered 2 drinks on the app at 8:12 and didn’t receive them until 8:50. The app gave an estimate of 15 minutes. If it will take that long the app should be updated. I also saw many people order after me in store and receive their drinks.

The drinks didn’t taste like they usually do. Been there many times. They lacked sweetness. Was bummed when I got them knowing that I tried online ordering and spent so much money on something that was not satisfying.
