On Friday 8/5 I visited The Market Place Tustin store. This was not my first time. I have been there multiple times over the years however it had been several months since my last visit. Never had any issues in the past however this visit was different. I share my feedback as I hope management can take a look and make improvements. I entered the store with my daughter at around 4:50pm. There were 2 customers ahead of me however I didn't make it to the register until 5:04(time on my receipt).That seemed like an unusual long time to wait. We sat to wait and as I looked around the store lobby I could see several customers also waiting.I also noticed a young couple on the opposite side being inappropriately affection in public. I was shocked to see that the female was an employee as she walked passed me to the back where she started working. My 14 year old even noticed how inappropriate their public behavior was as she was an employee. We continued to wait and wait. At this point I realized I did not get a receipt so I had to request one. It appeared employees were goofing off in the back. I finally got my two smoothies at 5:18. Too long. Etiquette training is needed for that staff.

Confused about option provided on app when I ordered. I chose to not have oatmeal but to have pineapples on top (this is not an item that usually has pineapple). The bowl I got didn't have pineapples.
If the option is not applicable to the item, I would recommend not having it listed on the app as an option.
Otherwise item was delicious and service was prompt and good. Thank you!
