The juice maker was trying to make two of the same drinks at the same time and accidentally put one down without confirming who it belonged to. The problem was one had a. Post the other did not. In the further put down the drink after you explain the drink and name. Also don’t make a customer wait for the it drink so you can make another drink at the same time. Especially if they were a walk up and the other is a mobile order.

I received the wrong juice order !!!!! Super frustrating.

I use to visit Nekter every day. However, learning that your company does not use organic produce destroyed my obsession with your juices.

Showed up at 8:05pm at the store to order a juice, the sale ‘s lady was very rude. She said it was 45 mins wait. We came out to decide what to do then we came in to order after 2 minutes and she said we are out of any fresh juice. Very impolite and very bad costumer service. Thats why the store is empty at 8pm Saturday night.

Walked in at 8:10 PM but they said they only sold juices but no other drinks or bowls. The staff was friendly but I couldn’t get the smoothie I wanted.

Usually my order is incorrect but this time the juice tasted amazing! It had everything I asked for also I did curbside pick up and didn’t wait a lot of time!

I will no longer go to Nekter. I will not purchase my juice cleanse through pressed. Ive had countless issues with Nekter from them refusing to give me order at pickup, drinks made wrong, & bad customer service. Ive had more bad than good experiences here. I only came here because I live close but will now go out of my way to make sure I do not support them. Will not recommend.

Thank you for reaching out and requesting feedback. I love Nektar juice but the service is hit and miss. Thankfully more "hit" in recent months. I had stopped going for awhile because the service and juice was consistently lacking. Regarding my Saturday experience, the order was promptly ready when I arrived. However, when I got home the Acai Bowl that I paid extra to have "split" was seriously lacking. Neither of the bowls were even 1/2 full. I felt a little jipped. But everything tasted great. My other issue was I tried to order a "Juice Cleanse" on my app but it wouldn't be ready til Monday, so I skipped it. When I got to the store, they had plenty pre-made and I was able to buy 2. However, I missed out on the points and didn't get the free "Slender Blender". This was my 1st "Juice Cleanse" purchase and they have all tasted great and I will definetly do that again. The morale at the Tustin Marketplace always feels a little underwhelming but I only go there on a weekend as a backup because sometimes the Orange store randomly closes down. Thank you for listening! My order was ready on time, employee greeted me, my juice was great. That is all i need.

I ordered a juice ahead of time the system never picked it up but you charged me for it. I came into pick it up wasn’t ready they didn’t receive the order

I ordered online and was supposed to be ready in 15 min but it took 50 min . I do understand they were busy but the lady was cleaning the floor instead of making juices for the customers. After 50min I had to go abs ask about my drinks

Order was late and my juice was not even close to being full, even with ice in it.
