I was extremely pleased and happy about my positive experience I had at the Tustin location. I had ordered my toxin flush juice in advance through my app and set a specific time for pick up the night before. Several hours had pass by on the day I was suppose to pick up my drink and when I was on my way to work, I had remembered I preordered my drink. I called the location immediately and the members of the team was so kind and understanding and asked me when I planned on coming by to pick my drink I had forgotten about. I mentioned to them that I will be arriving late evening after work. When I arrived after work, everyone on the team was already aware of my situation and they were on top of it. They were super friendly, understanding, and very efficient with smiles on their faces. They even made me a fresh new one on the spot and I wasn’t even expecting that! This location won my heart over and is definitely my favorite location to come to. My gym is close by and I will definitely be sharing my story with them!

There is no experience because you put the juice in a fridge for us to pick up so there isn’t any interaction. The fridge takes away all the customer service experience out of your location so I don’t have anything to say about this . Also I used to go there all the time /every week ….but when your Toxin Flush juices started to be a pale green you weren’t using enough greens in your juices so I now go to the other locations.

The taste of the juices are quite inconsistent or some ingredients are missing especially ginger in my orders, most of the times. I think the staffs will need more proper trainings before making drinks. Because I could make the same drinks at home without spending money on low quality beverages at Nekter.

Really great experience. Staff was friendly and made my order promptly. Even though it took a little bit of time, it's worth the way for juice and smoothies this fresh! The new pumpkin spice smoothie is delicious and isn't overly sweet.
