Great experience delicious Acai bowl

I've been writing to you about my experience for a while now and I have noticed that I am more acknowledged when I walk into the store. This has definitely improved. However, because my first multiple experiences in regards to customer service at multiple locations were so poor I have a difficult time not thinking about them when I walk into any of your stores (I've been to 4 different locations in LB and HB). Keep up the improved customer service! Again, like I have said before I love your product but if the customer service is so poor I won't go back.

I really love nekter, and usually they do a excellent job, but this visit was terrible! I always order via the app because I'm on my way to work and always order in a timely fashion, when I arrived at Nekter there was 2 people in the shop and they were enjoying there drink and went to the pick up counter where I was told that I would be helped in a minute then I said I had an online order, I was told to wait a minute so I asked if it was ready I was told No! I feel that Nekter should treat there customer better and the order should have been ready by the time I arrived about 20 minutes after ordered. For the most part they do a good job but sometimes have people working there that dont.

I ordered through the app and when my daughter picked up we didn’t get the juice. Unfortunately, we were too rushed to turn around.

I didn’t realize how close I was to the location and Though I just made my order via the app, they had started working on my order as I walked in the door. Quick friendly service! Ty

So, typically it’s amazing and even that day was great outside of being in a hurry. We ordered online for the first time and were excited to do a quick hit and run and get to our next meeting and when I got to the store, the juice was done and on the fridge which was awesome. The bowl we ordered was not even started and it was as if they didn’t know it was ordered and realized it when I arrived. So in essence I saved no time and had to wait for the whole production of the bowl which is about 10 min on average. So we were disappointed this go around.

Ordered online and it was waiting for us when we got there. Service was prompt and quality was good

The last two times I have had ginger in my drink even though I hate the taste of ginger. They need to start cleaning the equipment better. I love the friendly, quick service but please work on maintaining quality standards. Thank you!

Excellent service

My order should have been easy , but wasnt done when I arrived, they could see it was placed but had not been started. Was quickly resolved
