The quality was great, but the wait time was a little too long. Knowing that açaí bowls take longer to prepare, I ordered ahead with the mobile app for pick up. When I got there about 8-10 minutes later, my order hadn’t been started yet.

when using the app- sometimes depending on the item does not give you the option to remove an ingredient. for example i wanted to order the new dragon bowl and it will not give me the option to not have pineapple inside etc... i am allergic to pineapple.

Staff was friendly but had to remake a smoothie from my online order because they made a kids size instead of a 16oz one. It was done immediately and I was met with an apology and a smile. I will definitely be back to this location. Customer service is everything!

Hit and miss here - but when I order online for pick up, Lindsay always has my juice ready to go with a smile and always remembers my name. Thanks Lindsay for always making me feel welcome. You should train others in the store with the same professionalism and passion.

Seem to run out of peanut butter frequently. One of the juicers was broken, why not carry a spare. Online ordering is great.
