Tried to order on app and coupon said go in store to use. So I called before 7:30am to order. The girl answered said she can’t and I have to download the app. I told her it won’t apply the coupon she said yes you have to come in and order. I told her I was driving there and she refused to start making my order. So I go back to the app and I CAN use the coupon. She should have told me. Suggestions, fix your app on the ordering screen because it has the store number and has the call button and adjust your “policy” when people call because they click the button and no one will help them. Your app should clearly let customers know you CANNOT order by phone. Also, pretty annoying when you walk into the store and there is 2 people working and 1 customer and they still can’t do a phone order. The only positive thing I can say is they got my order done very fast.
