I love Nekter my order is always ready when I pick it up and the people are super nice.

Usually always a great experience but I wanted to use this form to let you know that you need to fix a problem. I ordered via the app but when my daughter arrived to pick up her bowl she was told the blender was broken but they couldn't process a refund since she didn't have the card with her. If you are going to provide the means to order via the app then you need to have a means to refund someone if you can't fulfill the order. It shouldn't be on me to reach out to you to get this resolved. thx.

I submitted a mobile order, but the computers were down in the Yorktown store so they could not process my order. she suggested i come back. I told her I did not have time to come back and that my credit card was already charged, so she gave me a voucher instead.

Juicer broken, they immediately phoned me to give options. They made it just by offering me some drink vouchers or prebottled juice but were not able to refund me in store.

We order nektar often and is was as not good as it usually is. They remade the smoothle but there was not very good tast but we were not satisfied
