There was only one person working there, which doesn't seem like enough (and might also be exploitative?). My bowl was only half full. The food wasn't ready when I got there even though I got there ahead.
This is not the woman who was working there's fault, so please do not hold this against her.

Your ginger shots are not always just ginger. It’s whatever juice was made prior then mixed with ginger. So the ginger shot is now water down with other fruit/vegetable. You should reduce your price on these shots if it’s not what you’re advertising and ultimately receiving. Friendly staff by the way.

I placed an order to be ready at 8am. I get there at 7:55am. The store is completely closed and dark. Around 8am a employee slowly comes in and starts her shift... I got my order about 10 minutes late. Don't offer an 8am pick up time if you open at 8am and the employees take their time.
