The day I went to this location, it was quite busy. Employees were nice but couldn’t catch up with online orders with walk-ins. After 20 mins I got my order but was late for work. 🫣. It wasn’t there fault, I’ll just go around 3. Hopefully. it won’t be that busy.

I love your product and always get the Power Protein bowl. I was a little disappointed today, tho, as there was no banana on top. It really needs the banana! I’m intrigued by the PB Mocha Smoothie. I might have to go outside of my comfort zone and try that out.

I ordered a dragon fruit açaí bowl over the app and when I arrived 5 minutes later. The bowl was already made but it was melting and gooey already. It was like a açaí juice bowl at this point. I know i didn’t take long because I have a timed lunch and I can’t be late to clock back in to work. I manage my time wisely to get food and be back at work to eat and clock back in. This specific juice bar is pretty good majority of the time but the couple of times it has made me bad juice or bowl it’s REALLY REALLY BAD. I know it not fair to criticize this establishment based on some employees lack of effort. I really don’t like doing company surveys but you guys always email me after every purchase all the time so I am assuming you guys want the feedback.

I had to remove my payment method and wanted to add another and I could not find the steps to add a new payment method. Not sure if my order from 40 minutes ago went through or not. No one answers the phone at the location and the number provided in this email isn't working. Nekter has always been very weak when it comes to customer satisfaction. I'm not sure why Nekter sends these "how did we do" emails because nothing ever happens as a result.

Good..smoothies are delish

I've been to this store twice in the past couple weeks and I've had to wait annoying long both times. I'm writing this to as constructive criticism so it can hopefully improve. The first visit I walked in to place the order (nobody in line but me) - i think there was only one employee and not sure there was much she could do. She had a # of orders she had taken, stopped at me, made 5+ smoothies from scratch before taking my order and proceeding to make my smoothie. Today I placed my order online to avoid a similar experience. The app said the smoothie would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I timed my arrival for about 20 mins after placing order and I still had to wait at least 10 minutes so it was more like the smoothie was ready 30 mins after the online order.
