When I walked in there was 1 customer ahead of me. The young lady helped that customer and the customer stepped aside. She turned around and spoke to the young man making an order, grabbed a glove, turned around and started to walk away. We made eye contact and she said “Sorry” and came to help me and I let her know I was there to pick up a mobile order.
My order was slightly incorrect but I did not notice until I was home. It was not a huge mistake but the only fruit topping I ordered was blueberries and I was given banana and strawberry as well. I also ordered extra PB drizzle and there was a minimal amount.
Overall, it still tasted great and was ready when I arrived, store was clean and staff was for the most part friendly.

Orders for pickup are always perfect! The fruit and açaí are always fresh. It’s like eating a breathe of fresh air!! It’s as delicious as ice cream and so much healthier!!
The stores credit machine was down when I got there so they were accepting cash or online orders. I placed an online order and the lady working asked my name so she could prioritize it. Very good service!
