Everything was great and the smoothie was perfect! I've been making smoothies my entire life so I already know that Nekter's pumpkin smoothies are good! I wanted to mention that since I ordered a pumpkin smoothie there would be extra points but I don't know if I'll receive any since this was an online order. If this was for the pumpkin trio I may not receive extra points since I just ordered one not unless this accumulates. Thanks again :) thank youlmuch

Order was not ready when placed ahead by time stated it would be ready. It had not even been started yet.

Smoothies are good. A little on the expensive side, however do taste good. The kids behind the counter are nice, however in my opinion not very customer service oriented. Almost like order takers and blender ‘bots. I will frequent a place with great customer service and decently good product more than mediocre service and an amazing product.

I love nectar! They always get my order right and the food and smoothies are healthy and delicious. The people working there are always friendly and accommodating.

I think the product that you serve is good. At this particular store, I feel the customer service could be friendlier and more engaged, and this has been an ongoing issue with the sea cliff nectar. It’s one of the reasons I don’t go there that much.

Everything was great. I’d say some people on group order were confused on sending their order vs. order pending but in the end I just submitted it with no problem.

Always a great attitude from the employees no matter how hectic the shop is! And the food is always great too!!

Worker greeted me quickly and drinks were already made. They tasted delicious and were still cold with good consistency even though they were put in fridge until I got there.

Service was good but my pink flamingo was very watery and not much flavor. Usually, the smoothie is perfect but today it wasn’t.
