I'm always shorted on my 24 oz juice ,so now I buy 16 oz which seems fine

great. I usually avoid this particular location because in the past the staff assisting me had been really short with me when answering my questions. they had made me feel foolish and my questions insignificant with NO help in suggesting any particular juices. I came here today because it was on my route. the gal who helped me today was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me with my online order and a coupon I had received via email. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. great to see someone still understands the concept of customer service! they're hard to find these days! thanks!

2 things: I can't count the number of drinks they've had to throw out because they didn't properly clean their equipment and a drink that shouldn't have any ginger in it tastes like the last drink that did. Also if I request a drink with ice, as the manager informed me, they simply put my 16 ounce drink in a larger cup to accommodate the volume of ice. But I've also gotten drinks where they just put the ice in the 16-ounce cup so I'm really only getting half the juice. The standards are inconsistent and need to be improved across the board.

For an almost $9.00 pineapple mint juice, I would like it filled to the top! I know there is foam but an inch or more was foam at the top!

It took 35 minutes to get my 16 oz juice. My order was found after everyone else in the store got their order. There was no apology or urgency to make it afterwards.

Love THIS Nekter ....But the one off main street downtown Huntington is how can I say it TERRIBLE !!! .....the kids who work there are always High they Always mess up your order even though it is on the Receipt right in front of them when they make it SMH You have to watch them when they make your juice because they won't put in everything that you ordered and paid for...its just poor service to say the least... And the place looks super run down water leaks in the ceiling when it rains Its just very dirty and not taking care of at all with poor management //// Now THIS Nekter is AMAZING!!! clean the kids who work there are bright polite great energy always make my juice or Smoothie CORRECTLY ... Actually sometimes they make my drink soon as I walk in the door without me even telling them what's in it .....There super on it & always polite And their 3day or 5 day detox Is so amazing!!!!! I actually did a 10 day detox juice only!! & was not hungry the entire time I felt AMAZING!!! you have to drink the juice every 2 hours for sure and water in between are u will get hungry But it cleans out your entire body u feel great its SO GOOD FOR YOU TO CLEAN OUT YOUR BODY AND DETOX And I dropped like 15 to 20 pounds The detox has 6 different juices that are completely different and they all taste great !! they help you in 6 different ways skin hair Stomach bloating circulation and just your overall health i would Suggest everyone to do this to clean out your body and if you wanna lose weight this is definitely great way to do it healthy clean and nutritious I did 10 days but u can do a 1 one day cleanse 3 day 5 day what ever works for you but this Nekter and the staff are amazing it's a great place to start off ur day and be healthy my favorite drink is a 32oz Berry banana burst and I add Pineapple Orange carrot kale spinach Bee pollen and bee protein it is simply delicious!!!!!! Juceing is the key of life it's So healthy and nutritious for you and you can't go wrong #BeEpic

I ordered online and my juice was ready when I got there. They asked me my name right away and brought out my juice. On other occasions I've had employees ignore me for awhile before asking my name for an online order. I'd say that the customer service has improved a lot at this location.

Nekter is what got me into juicing years ago happy there's one close to my new location! Great staff and juices. Pricey but all juice bars are, and if you're in a hurry order ahead.
