Hit and miss here - but when I order online for pick up, Lindsay always has my juice ready to go with a smile and always remembers my name. Thanks Lindsay for always making me feel welcome. You should train others in the store with the same professionalism and passion.

Seem to run out of peanut butter frequently. One of the juicers was broken, why not carry a spare. Online ordering is great.

This was my first time visiting this nekterjuice and I was very happy with my service. The staff was very informative and helpful. I also appreciate that they provided me with instructions for the celery detox. I will definitely frequent this one again since it’s close to my home. Thanks again for great service.

Overpriced and crazy slow. Read the reviews that food here can take a while but figured I only wanted a small juice, so how long could that take?!?! Nearly a half hour. For one small juice. Compared to the local juice spot I usually go to in Los Alamitos, which has fewer workers and the same morning line, I have NEVER had to wait for a simple juice that long. One would think a chain like this would have better processes in place. I won’t be returning.

I ordered through the app and when my daughter picked up we didn’t get the juice. Unfortunately, we were too rushed to turn around.

So, typically it’s amazing and even that day was great outside of being in a hurry. We ordered online for the first time and were excited to do a quick hit and run and get to our next meeting and when I got to the store, the juice was done and on the fridge which was awesome. The bowl we ordered was not even started and it was as if they didn’t know it was ordered and realized it when I arrived. So in essence I saved no time and had to wait for the whole production of the bowl which is about 10 min on average. So we were disappointed this go around.

I love the signature juices, but it is amazing that I can get a completely custom juice with everything I want.

I’ve always experienced friendly staff and consistency in the great taste of all my juices at the Seacliff location.

The Juice Specialist was very accommodating. He saved my juice in the fridge to keep it fresh when I took a bit longer to pick up my order. How kind. So easy and convenient.

Love this place. When looking for an acai bowl, juice, or smoothie, this is the place to go. I recommend ordering online -through the rewards app- so you can simply walk up to the receiving end of the counter, and pick up your items. It can get very busy, but that is not a negative. It is because its good. :)
