Ordering on the app makes everything so easy. Juice & parfait were fresh and delicious. friendly & effeicient staff

The service was fantastic! I asked about nutritional information for the Skoop ice cream alternative, and the gal that was making my juice tried to find it behind the counter. She was so sweet and helpful.

When I arrived, I asked if they could make an adjustment to my order which they happily accommodated. The app did not allow for this request -- I wanted to replace the apples with oranges in the greenie. The app allowed me to remove the Apple, but it did not allow me to add the orange. So they grabbed a couple of oranges and put that juice in my drink. I was really grateful they did this, and it was delicious!

Great ppl but my celery juice (Celery Aide) was very yellow instead of green. No add ons either.

Juices are always delicious and ready in a timely manner

I get cleanses almost every week. There have been a few times when they don’t have my order. (Like this last time) They have been able to use the extra juices they have to make the full cleanse packs, but maybe there is a glitch with the system. Also, I think the attitudes of the workers have improved. They seem friendlier.

A little too much ginger in my juice!

They made the wrong drink. I had ordered a juice and got a smoothie instead.

Juice had WAY too much ginger. Every sip burned and it was not enjoyable at all.

The three juices were so spicy that we couldn’t drink them. We had to throw them away.

We frequent three Neckter locations, and they all do an excellent job…such an easy and affordable way to maintain our health levels. Our favorite by far is the Yorktown/HB juice bar, Anthony the Store Manger is not only great at his customer service skills, but an exceptional mixer…he has perfected the science!
