The staff here works really well together to provide great customer service. My latest Protein Bowl was extra delicious and easy to eat with the new peanut butter drizzle topping instead of the peanut butter scoop, which was difficult to separate or incorporate into the bowl. I always arrive early for my online order, but I never have to wait long, and the order is already fulfilled earlier than the stated pick up time.

Nekter ladies were not setting a welcoming feeling once you walked into the door. As if you are bothering them for placing an order. Eye rolls and everything. This store used to be a 10. It’s unfortunate it next door to my home. I will now travel further for better service.

I placed an order online, walked in 15 minutes later when my order we supposed to be ready, and not only had they not started the order, but the store was empty and all employees sitting in their back room. The employee then made herself a juice…went on break and left. That was when a second employee came out and started my order.
