I placed an order through the app and it stated it would be done in 30 minutes, which is already a long time for a drink. When I arrived my drink was still not done. The worker barely acknowledged me and she said she was almost done. After a bit, she handed me my drink without a word. I do believe she could have been a bit more polite.
