I had to have them re-blend the juice drink because it was very thick and frozen, after that it was fine.

My only complaint, we ordered two very similar bowls with a one boost difference. There were no markings on the lids or containers to let us know if which was which. Previously, someone had written which one was different on the lid. Other than that, we loved our bowls.

Great product, easy app for ordering. I wish there was full nutrition info for each menu item at time of ordering. Usually when I go in person, re:less of location, the service is AWFUL. The young people behind the counter make me have to work to get answers and act like I’m inconveniencing them. The person today was actually nice. That’s my only complaint, but it’s a big one because it’s such a big part of the experience!

Love coming and enjoy the employees. I typically always order the same thing, acai bowls however it seems like now the amount is only about 1/3 of the cup. I’ve noticed this in my last few orders and it seems to be getting lower and lower. For the price and quantity I don’t think we will be buying from Nekter anymore.
