The customer service is not really an issue and as far as the speed my order was placed through the app. However they didn't follow the add on and extras that require additional money. I took for granted that my order would be made according to my request and tipped in advance which is what I normally do. I paid for extra and tipped but didn't get what I asked for. This was the same as my last order...not sure what is going on.

It wasn’t great sadly..My bowl was kinda gross today. Super runny like a smoothie and no agave at all. I’m super boring and go to my Nekter multiple times a week and get the same bowl every time. The only thing that’s sometimes different with my order is if I get extra agave, which I did today and there was none at all. I normally wouldn’t have cared but I’m super sick and this bowl was literally the only thing that sounded good to me. Kind of a bummer! However the kids that work here are awesome, I always tip them no matter what because they’re kind and always working hard!😊

On line ordering is easy. I waited 20+ minutes at the location to pick up my on line order. The staff were friendly, but the wait seemed excessive.

Poor service, poorly made smoothy, more like a slushy. I buy almost daily same smoothy by my home in Dana Point. First told they had not received my order, until I should her I have online order paid, then told they ran out of blueberries, literally chunks of ice, watered down
