Nekter Juice Bar - Orange

I don't blame the kid working very much because he was working hard and didn't have any help. Of course he could have worked a little faster but ultimately can't handle a half dozen people waiting by himself. I don't come to this location much and maybe it's never this busy. However if it is then shame on management for setting him up for failure. I wish he could have made the smoothie a little thicker for the price paid but the bowl was excellent!

There was a guy there that didn’t even look up when I came to pick up area and I had to say, I have a mobile order. He then said it will be a minute after a couple minutes. I finally said I had a mobile order it’s probably in your fridge. he looked at me like I was imposing on him went over to the register and flipped through a bunch of receipts and then finally got my drink out of the refrigerator. He then asked me my name for the second time.. He never smiled, but gave me some odd stares. If this nectar Jouce wasn’t so close I probably wouldn’t come back. The girl that was working there at the same time I had to ask what was taking so long was very receptive and helpful.

I always like coming in as soon as you walk in your associates always greet me. I ordered today on the app but she was still very welcoming and advised where she was with my drink. 😊
