I ordered online… was quoted 15 min… got to the store 22 min and was told my bowl was given away to someone else. Store was empty and staff was too busy gossiping about other staff to be worried about their customers. Not one of them cared or was courteous. Not sure I will go back.

Hello I called in today late to see if I could come by and get a juice cleanse. My GPS said I was 22 minutes out which would make me arrive 4 minutes after closing. I called and the kind kid working said he would wait until I arrived. He didn't ask what I was buying or hesitate. He said he'd be happy to wait for me. That's a level of service I've not recieved at this store before. Most of the time the phone is busy or goes to voice-mail. I ended up buying a 5 day cleanse. Thanks for staying open for me!

It was basic which basic is fine waited while they got my drink from the fridge. They weren’t very welcoming like smiles, greeted me, and etc but they were busy making drinks so I didn’t mind. Overall the experience was basic, fast, I got what I wanted, and left.

I ordered a specific bowl with no coconut on top no pineapple on top and no granola on top when I received my order it had all of those items on top. The other item in my order was also overflowing and had spilled over into the bag and the base was watery they made me a new order from the first one that they did incorrectly and they didn’t end up putting Chia or agave on top so I paid for a bowl with extra toppings and didn’t get what I paid for.
