Stood in line for 10 min waiting to be acknowledged. Instead of taking our orders they were working on online orders for people who weren’t even there yet.
They should take peoples orders so we can sit and wait instead of standing waiting to order. I am disabled and can’t stand for long periods of time.

Wish Nekter was closer to the Orange circle. If they were we'd go more often. But we don't let this deter us from going when we can. This location always gets out orders right and promptly. Always fresh and delicious!
