I should give priority to people who ordered through Uber. I went today at 8 in the morning and they served me 45 minutes after I arrived. The only thing they told me was that they didn't know how many more minutes I had to wait just for a juice they ordered, leaving me waiting so long. And they served other people before me even though they arrived later. They did it as an act of racism.
Clicking through checkout without reading all the text because I was in an hurry, after completing order I saw there was an auto tip. Why would I leave a tip for an order I entered myself, paid online and picked up myself. Who deserves a tip in this scenario?

They have a friendly staff and food is perfectly made. About a year ago they had a different team of employees and the customer service wasn’t as great as it is now. I’m there at least twice a week!!
