I placed an order online, walked in 15 minutes later when my order we supposed to be ready, and not only had they not started the order, but the store was empty and all employees sitting in their back room. The employee then made herself a juice…went on break and left. That was when a second employee came out and started my order.

Friendliness was fine. Something was off with my smoothie ingredients. Tasted like…apple juice? Tried to use the restroom while there but no toilet paper or paper towels. Have had nectar before and liked it but this location seemed Iike it was having some challenges.

Forgot to make one drink until I arrived. Missing strawberries from orange crush drink - think they just put in orange juice and ice. Overall seemed confused.

I never have a problem and I order almost once a week, and I always get the same drinks the buzz. But today they did not taste right it seemed like it was only carrot juice. I don’t know what happened but I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Love the juices just recently got the 3 day cleanse and i Really like how I am feeling. Juices all taste amazing.

I stopped by to get my Veterans day free 16oz juice, and when I asked about it the staff said "I don't think we do that". I had to offer to show them the Nektar website and only then did they give me a free juice. Please advise the employees of the Veterans day free drink so other veterans don't have to jump through the same hoops.

The pricing has gone up a ton. I understand this is happening everywhere but it was shocking to me. Also, my app only showed 4 juice options. What happened to toxin flush and the greenie? Finally, I am not sure if this is possible but for the pickup orders I would appreciate a curbside option. I always have one of my kids in the car, and there is not parking directly out front (it is handicap only) so I have to unload a newborn or a toddler in order to get my order and then carry everything and reload. Defeats most of the purpose of ordering ahead and eliminates the convenience factor. Thanks

I ordered my cleanse over a week ago and still haven’t received it. Mind you THE STORE and their workers have been very kind and apologetic.. but I am frustrated that I ordered a cleanse and it doesn’t come packaged all for me. It makes me want to order a cleanse from a company that will send it all at once to me. I went today 8/13 to see if all the juices came in that I can take it home. They weren’t all in stock, so the gal very kindly offered to double one of the flavors for me, but I want the cleanse as a whole and she understood that. Again, she was very kind, I forgot to ask her name. Corporately though, if you are asking us to order the cleanses online - can you please deliberately package them for us? I am super bummed that I still cant start it and I don’t know when it’s going to be in. Again, the store in Orange tried twice now to remedy the situation and we’re very kind, but I’m annoyed. Depending on how much longer this take, I may or may not give Nekter another chance on a cleanse for me. Not being snarky, but being honest.

I placed my order through the app... they gave me the wrong juice but I was in a rush so couldn't get the correct one.
