I ordered a juice and got a smoothie

The reason for my negative feedback is because I place my order at 10:06 am this morning and my order was not fulfilled until 11:03 . I had place two separate order the other being a açaí bowl . I received the bowl maybe within 10 minutes of arriving, the employee did state the juices were taking longer and she apologized. I remained patient the whole time because I understand customer service isn’t easy specially if you’re short handed with clearly they were . My biggest problem was it seems as they were fulfilling orders out of order . Overall today experience was not a good start to my morning please maybe more employees would help .

Service was ok. Ashens make sure that when I ask for ice, they give me ice and then give me the extra juice on the side. They did not do this. Additionally, I had what seemed like half of my juice spilled over the top of my cup, and I had to clean it up before I left.

Ordered at 11:56 and it said order would be ready by 12:11 Not usually a stickler for time, but was in a hurry to be back to get something important done before 12:30. I walked into store at 12:09 and the guy told me he was about to make my order. As I glanced up from my phone after a couple minutes (12:11) , I noticed he was putting 2 cucumbers in the juicer and I asked him what/why? He then looked at my order and realized it was custom. He kindly remade drink and was polite about it, but I didn't get drink till 12:15 and also if i had not caught it i wouldn't realized it was wrong until I got home. I cannot eat cucumbers. Its always a good reminder to employees to double check order for custom items, since you have taken off the "make your own", on the app.

Hello I called in today late to see if I could come by and get a juice cleanse. My GPS said I was 22 minutes out which would make me arrive 4 minutes after closing. I called and the kind kid working said he would wait until I arrived. He didn't ask what I was buying or hesitate. He said he'd be happy to wait for me. That's a level of service I've not recieved at this store before. Most of the time the phone is busy or goes to voice-mail. I ended up buying a 5 day cleanse. Thanks for staying open for me! T

I bought a large juice but only got a cup half full.

I came in 20 minutes after ordering and my juice drink wasn't made.

I had to have them re-blend the juice drink because it was very thick and frozen, after that it was fine.

Really great. Juices are always delicious and taste like fresh produce is used.

Love the delivery and the cleanse juices were tasty and easy to follow

The girls that day did a very good job in packing my order. Tha k you to all for making our juices and bowls. It was perfect !
