I had made an online order upon getting there the customer service was not the best no greetings just asked if I had a mobile order. I had requested mango as an extra topping on my bowl but there was no mango on my bowl.

I got a ace berry bowl and I didn’t know they used a nut milk which I’m allergic to cashews and peanuts I feel like they need to have a warning sign with bigger print so people can see it .

Excellent bowls. Açaí is numero uno. Eating these bowls have increased my jiujitsu.

Bowl as delicious and made to order

I arrived early to pick up the order I placed through the app,and the girl behind the counter said "oh,I gave your bowl to somebody else. It'll be just a few minutes." without an apology or any sense of remorse. She then started making me a new one and asking what I ordered on it. It gave me the feeling like she wasn't even making the right one. I left with a total lack of confidence in that location

They had no lids for the bowls and it spilled in my car! And I couldn’t tell if the booster was added to the bowl or not.

We came to this location twice this week. Overall the açaí bowls were good. Service was good but they didn’t let us come in to get our bowls because we didn’t have masks. We are young and healthy masks are actually worse for you if you’re healthy. It lowers your oxygen levels.

A peanut butter bowl is suppose to be just that you should taste the peanut butter. I have NEVER tasted peanut butter just a plain açaí bowl with green apples 😡

The 2 day cleanse was easy to do. I liked all 6 flavors and everything was packaged well. Customer service is very good. The acai bowls are very good as well. Peanut butter is my favorite.

I had 2 separate orders. My first order was ready, an acai bowl. My second order of 2 drinks wasn't ready when I arrived so I had to wait. I wasn't sure what the lady was saying when we left, because it was muffled by the sound of the blender but she apologized about it not being ready. Did she say, I'm sorry, you get a free something for your wait? I wasn't sure but I was in a hurry and couldn't turn around to find out.

Nekter use to be my my go to spot for açaí bowls however after experiencing the worst service I’ve had here yet that’ll change. I ordered an açaí bowl on the app and had it set for pickup. Once I picked it up I asked for peanut butter drizzled on top like mentioned on the app as well as cacao nibs. When I noticed those toppings not in the bowl I asked the employee to add it and he did so with attitude. When I came back to ask for the cacoa nibs that weren’t in the bowl, he instead topped the bowl with coconut nibs. I’m not sure how that got misinterpreted but I just let it go as I realized taking açaí orders correctly is an extremely difficult task, apparently. I’ll be sure to skip Nekter since this is how they operate customer service.

I ordered an acai bowl. It was pretty good. It's conveniently located close to home and by the In-n-out so I am able to get my kids what they want and get me something I want too.

Came to this Nekter on Chapman in Orange, Thursday 1/21/21 20 minutes before closing. When we walked in, the employees noticed us but didn’t acknowledge us. Waited 5 minutes to get acknowledged. When approached, I ordered a ginger shot. The employee working said that because it’s 15 minutes till closing they weren’t making juices (ginger shots). I asked when do they stop making juices and they said 20 minutes before closing hesitantly. It seemed like they already cleaned the necessary equipment early to get out early and didn’t want to clean the equipment, so I was left without service. A few before that at this location it was slow and they still took a while to make an açaí bowl for us. Just not satisfied with the service here. Drove 20 mins there to waste my time while someone is getting paid for their time. Love nekter just not this location. Will be going to the North Tustin location now...
