Only problem with this location is that on more than one occasion I ask for my bowl without banana on top and it almost alway has banana on top anyways. Sometimes, like today I caught it and had them remake it. But several other times I don't see it till I get home and have to scrape it off. It would be nice if they would double check the order to ensure accuracy as this is frustratingand i hate bananas. I dont mind them blended inside, but on top whole i hate. . But the employees themselves are very nice and welcoming.

We order from this store at least 1 time a week. The employees are always nice and the bowls always ready when they say they will be. Keep up the great work!

I placed my order and was able to pick it up right on time. Great presentation and as always the peanut butter açaí bowl was delicious after a hot day!

The staff and service are wonderful at this location! I am worried though about the quality of the açaí base. It is tasting more frozen lately, and last time I had large chunks of frozen fruit in the base. Which was not pleasant at all. I order the peanut butter bowl consistently, and the last two times I have not tasted any peanut butter at all in the bowl.

I pay extra for extra bananas and rarely have I ever actually received extra bananas, so I'm basically throwing that money away every time. I also ordered 20 minutes in advance and arrived to find they still hadn't started working on my bowl. Granted, the location was busy, but the whole point of ordering ahead is to get in that line ahead of your arrival. If the order aheads are ignored, there's not much point to ordering ahead.

Ordered a bowl without coconut flakes and did not realize they were added until I got home. Had to drive back to the store to get it remade and then was told it didn’t say it on the receipt. I showed the receipt, where it said no coconut on top, and then was given the attitude of not wanting to remake it. Overall, poor experience and nothing was offered for the in inconvenience.

the bowl that I order today is good as normal. However, the smoothies are more watery than before. Just haft way going home, the drink completely like water. I love the texture is chunky as many time before.

this was the BEST ACAI we have ever had. we have been eating acai for yours and i go to nekter daily in my hometown in dana point. but this particular acai was AMAZING!!!!!
