Me and my boyfriend went in today 2/20. It was a guy, tall girl with bun and shorter girl working. The guy at the register was very nice. We ordered an acai bowl and berry banana burst with yogurt in it. My boyfriend saw that the scoop of yogurt was sitting on the bottom of the cup so he asked the (tall girl with the bun) if she could blend the yogurt, the girl word for word said “we’re not allowed to blend yogurt” meaning she made up her own company policy just so she didn’t have to get the blender dirty again. The guy coworker also gave her a look as if he was shocked that she said that, so then i knew she was being rude about it and lazy. We called a different Nekter and they said they were able to do that meaning she couldn’t do the bare minimum. His smoothie was watery and so was my acai bowl and it normally isn’t. It took her 2 minutes to make it and she simply couldn’t fix his order cause it was too much of a hassle. She could’ve done it right in the first place. Couldn’t make it right nor redo it…. There was also no one in the store, I would’ve understood a bit if it was busy.

Tried Nektar Juice bar for 1st time (from out of state). The employees (1 male, 1 female) were very friendly and patient with my lack of order knowledge. Ordered banana coconut water and ice smoothie for daughter who has to eat BRAT diet for a few days. She liked it and my acai bowl was good too!

Quality was not good. Smoothie bowl was too watery, not a lot of flavor.

My experience was great but $15 for a juice is a lot. I definitely wouldn’t order more than a few times. Like it wouldn’t be a frequent purchase for me.

What I assume to be the manager of the place, gentleman probably in his 30s, maybe middle-eastern, was extremely rude to other guests and staff. The only nice experience I had, was with a younger girl who was doing her best while taking orders and finishing them. Every time I go in, I have to guess if someone will hear me from the back as no one is ever up front.

Came in earlier and immediately left, nobody’s ever in the front and when the older hairy gentleman came to the front he was extremely rude to both me and his staff

I am in town for an event and wanted to grab something fast/healthy and ended up at Nektar. The guy who I am pretty sure is the manager was very rude, due to this behavior we ended up not purchasing anything and leaving. We will never visit again. Do not recommend.
