I order DoorDash and they forgot to put utensils in the package. I called the store and told them what happen after that they were rude and hang up the phone. Bad customer service.

Came here twice and both times the açaí bowl is completely flavorless and watery. It says it's made with cashew milk, and it's very hard to believe. It tastes like it's blended with water and ice. Bananas and strawberries were sweet and ripe and the granola was crunchy, but the actual açaí bowl was nasty- like eating purple ice. Didn't even taste any açaí

I selected delivery off the website and then never received my food. i had to drive and grab it 45 minutes after it was suppose to be at my house. no nne could help me figure out why it was not delivered and was blaming it on other people/ services. i choose the services from your site and then the people at the store said it was for pick up. it said on my email and the receipt on the bag it was for delivery.

I love Nektar and generality have a great experience at all locations. This was my third time at this location, and the first two times were great. Unfortunately, this time I received my acai bowl and it was only half full. I did snap a picture, but there isn't a way to share the picture here. I would have said something at the time but I had someone else run in and grab my online order because my daughter was sleeping in the car and I didn't want to wake her.

I’m not sure why, but I placed my order about 10 mins before I arrived and when I walked in, the person I spoke with said it had just come in. Then I watched as two separate groups of people ordered after us and were given their orders before us. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but I did order ahead because we were in a hurry to get to an appointment. This was my first time at this location and I much prefer the experience we have at our usual Nekter.

The past several times i ordered on the app they either didn’t receive it or the system was down and i didnt know until i got there to pick up and had to wait. I order on the app when im on my way to work and its super inconvenient when i have to wait an extra 10 minutes!

I love the quality of the smoothies. I got the mango one, and it was super bomb and filling. My only complaint is the inability to use Apple Pay at this location. There is no excuse for businesses to not accept Apple Pay, and especially Tempe Marketplace. Fix that, and I'll rate you 5 stars.

I ordered an elder berry smoothie and whatever juice they put in it taste like water. Which sucks cause I always get this smoothie. I wish I tried it while I was at the store, instead of at home. I even tried calling to get it fixed but no one answered.
