Nekter Juice Bar - Tempe

My bowl was delicious and filling. The staff was great and I caught them at a busy burst of orders, but otherwise really wasn't inconveneinced at all by a mild wait from the time of the web-order, my stroll from my office to pick up the order, etc. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Fast pickup and the person I spoke with was very nice.

Prices could be better but love this place

We walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged. Finally after a few minutes the girl (Riley, according to the receipt) stood silently by the register so I assumed it was time to start ordering. I order the peanut butter açaí bowl with the vanilla chia pudding. I’m told the vanilla chia pudding is too watery so they recommended the peanut butter one instead. I didn’t realize that I was charged $1.60 extra because the girl charged for a pb&j bowl. When I got the bowl I realized the mistake so she made a new bowl for me. When we asked about the price difference she got all frustrated and asked “did you want a refund?” Rather than immediately apologizing for HER mistake and offering the refund. Turns out she doesn’t even know how to give a refund, but her coworker stays silent too. We say fine, keep the difference and ask if we can at least take the pb&j bowl so it doesn’t go to waste. So the girl huffs and puffs as she packages it up and proceeds to slam it on the counter in front of us as we tried to apologize for the misunderstanding and proceeded to turn around and walk away without saying anything. Worst Nekter experience I ever had.

My drinks were made way quicker than expected which was great! The store was also super clear and decorated pretty cool. I loved it!

Mobile order was delayed at pick up and item wasn’t as expected

I brought my teenage Girl Scouts tonight to Nektar. Many of them had never been before. Everyone found something they wanted to try and enjoyed their items. Even though we were in person, I placed an order through the app. They confirmed that the order was for us and told us as soon as it was ready. The staff even provided waters for us when we asked. The girls were happy and they want to come back. So, I call that a successful night out!

I ordered online to avoid being the store for a prolonged period of time because I had an exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID and showed up a few minutes after the time I selected so that I wouldn’t have to wait but when I got there, my order was not started. I had to wait for about 10 minutes in the store.

Not what was expected of order. The ordee seemed rushed. Not quality.

I felt like I can get quality food here but in the last few visits the customer service has declined significantly. Usually there is no greeting once entering as before there was and the people making the smoothies seem annoyed when asked questions. Might end up using a different location should this continue as the food is still awesome.

I have been out of the smoothie game since the mid 2000's, when Jamba was all the rage. I was incredibly surprised by Nèkter, had the me PB&J smoothie and a Tropical Cooler recently, and both were a delight! Did not taste overly sweet (no added sugars) perfect for a hot day! My only complaint is the price seemed a bit high, but that's the world we live in now.

A cozy place to sit for 10 minutes and drink something. But i think they put a little less suger than i assumed in the juice. It still tasted ok to me.
