It took over 35 minutes to make my juice(s). Yes, I made the order online via your mobile app, but I was in the restaurant right in front of it. When I came in the juices were nowhere in sight. Waited and waited, finally went to cashier and they had my drinks in the fridge.

I get juices from you 5 days a week. Always the toxin flush no ice and green apple. This visit my drink was not made correctly.....the ginger was sooo strong it made the juice very spicy...close to undrinkable!

I ordered through the app to have delivery. I wish I would have known it was through DoorDash. My order took over an hour and fourty five minutes ago. The delivery guy got lost to our place. Still waiting for our açaí bowls and juice.

A friend of mine took me for an acai bowl once and i loved it. Now i go almost everyday for a juice and a ginger shot. I love necter!

I just ordered a large banan boost which is my usual order but what I got wasn’t the same as usual. I think they over put the lemon because all what I taste is a lemon juice :/

I ordered extra ginger and lemon. I don’t think that was provided in my toxin flush I ordered but the juice was still good and the service was still good.

Ordered a juice via mobile app and felt that it took a bit longer than I would have expected for someone to acknowledge me once I got to the pick-up counter. Waited several minutes before anyone looked up and spoke to me. However, the juice was absolutely delicious! Will order again.

This place is delicious... I will go back for the bowls any day... However I am sick of the 30 minutes wait for a smoothie. A bowl can take a couple minutes longer, I get it... but even then. Walk-ins should take more of a priority than call in if that is what is causing the wait. I see a place that is basically empty and I go in expecting to be out in 5 minutes... 20 minutes later I am just getting my bowl. I am not naming anyone because I don't think it's the workers... because it is every time. If I find somewhere that is just as good but faster I am switching it up. That beat juice you have is the best though.

Great. Juice was great, store was clean/great and employees were great. One comment is I came in and went to the side where it says to pick up online orders. And the employees sort of avoided eye contact with me until the girl at the register said she could help me down there. No big deal, I just told her I was there to pick up. But it's like they didn't know they have a sign at the other end indicated where to go for online/pick up orders and almost acted like I was in the wrong place and silly for standing over there. I don't mind going to the register for pick ups but then don't have the sign/be weird about me standing there making it awkward to get attention. With this said they were all nice and that matters most, just an awkward moment.

Fast & Friendly. Juice was perfect.
