I ordered a juice and it came out like a smoothie instead and it was not green. Everytime I come to this establishment I order the same thing and it includes spinach which makes my drink green. My drink was pure yellow which made me realize they forgot to put spinach. So not only did they miss my spinach but it came out like a smoothie. I don't like smoothie

There’s a 3.9 star rating, which is ridiculous, and unfair. I say this partly because this place has made some changes, and the staff they have now is EXCEPTIONAL! I went three separate times just to see if there would be a consistency, and EVERY SINGLE TIME that I went and placed an order it was the BEST juice bar experience ever. There’s 3 persons that work here that i especially would like to recognize. COLIN - the coolest young guy you’d ever wanna meet, and it’s such a joy to see someone so full of life and positivity walking in the door, then there’s my other favorite, MAYA - who is an animal on the juice machine. She moves at the speed of light lol and so you don’t have to wait forever to get your order. Then BERGEN, of whom trained Maya, and Bergen is super efficient and makes the best looking smoothies and menu item creations ever ! I love this place, because, not only do you get great service, wonderful menu items, impeccable and impressive timing, and proficiency, but you also can feel the warmth of what NEKTER actually promotes and displays as their mission ! Super impressive, and MAJOR KUDOS to the entire staff here ! Last time I felt so comfortable that I asked Colin to make a suggestion, then I ordered what he recommended and it was amazing ! Wowww ! Great Job all the way around the board. Hopefully in the future we can partner together and do something even greater, because I’d like to have a some major orchestrations catered exclusively by this company for my own endeavors business wise and with some community organizations as well. I'm sorry I hate living one-star reviews but if you're going to be open till 10 you better make juices till 10. I went all the way down there to get a beet juice. Really needed it for post workout. Super frustrating. Was there at 930 and they wouldn't make me one. 8/5/23

This juice does not taste right. I’ve had it before and this isn’t it

I am am always extremely pleased with my experiences with nekter. I have a health issue and the nutrition supplied is essential to my well-being. I am a little upset at times when I pay premium and don't get the full juice recipe. I would much rather know you guys are running low on a specific ingredient and choosing wiser, rather than choosing an item, and lack certain ingredients. overall you guys are a godsend.

Perfect visit, juice tastes amazing. Only feedback is I wish you open earlier in the day!

My juice was more like baby food. It was like thick and semi chunky. So weird

I wasn't too impressed. The cost of their smoothies didn't reflect the quality and taste of what I received. First time going to a Nekter juice bar, so I'm not sure if this was the location, or the general quality across all of their locations. I most likely wouldn't go back.

The product I get is for the most part always correct, though there have been times they've messed up, but I love juices. But the staff is NEVER friendly. They are always quiet like, don't say much, don't smile at you. As if they don't want to be there.

Good juice, just need a tad more attention to detail and take the stickers off the apples before juicing them.

Have truly become a fan of Nèkter Juice Bar

A cozy place to sit for 10 minutes and drink something. But i think they put a little less suger than i assumed in the juice. It still tasted ok to me.
