My bowls weren’t made right at all and I paid extra for coconut flakes and strawberries and didn’t get it there also wasn’t enough granola in the bowl at all or that much fruit just a ton of açaí

I love the kids that work in Nekter. They are always friendly and cheerful. They seem to like to work there. This day they were really busy abs my drink order took awhile but on normal days they are fast.

I ordered a bowl using the app with add-on berries, but didn't receive them. In the app, there is no way to request a refund for the upcharge, which to me is a flaw.

I placed an order through the app. When I walked into the store about 12 minutes after ordering, I did not even have to tell the employee my name. He recognized my face and had my drink ready for me with a smile. I don’t even come to the store this often so I was impressed that he remembered me.
And the drink was amazing as always.

Confusing. Cleanse Promotion with smoothie. Bought 2 cleanse pkg. Charged for Beet Up smoothie. did not receive free smoothie. Can drink be redeemed? I don’t see that listed in my rewards stream.
