Not great. Not greeted for at least 10-15 min. But nobody was being greeted it wasn’t just me. When one of the staff finally stopped what they were doing g to get my name my order had been ready.

Unfortunately half of my order was wrong. The one bowl that was correct was perfect. No greeting when I walked in everyone seemed like they were in their own space. I wish I would have checked the bag before I left so I could have corrected the other Bowl. All in all I will come back though because I do enjoy the goodness of nectar.

When I walked in, it felt like complete chaos. All the employees looked extremely busy, but not a single one acknowledged anyone walking in or waiting. It just gave off a disorganized, stressful vibe. That said, my order was perfect and ready on time, but the lack of basic customer service really stood out. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would’ve made a big difference

The drinks are always watery from this location. The other locations I frequent make the smoothies pretty thick. And today I had to have the remake a drink since they gave me the wrong size. Not too friendly either! Overall the workers and drinks are mid here unfortunately.
