the smoothie did not look like it normally does ( missing the cacao) and it ended up tasting funny. on a prior visit, your staff told me to always let them know if something needed fixing. the staff member told me he watched the drink being made and there was nothing wrong with it, when i mentioned that it did not look right at pickup. he said the vanilla whey powder made it look lighter even though i ordered my normal AB mocha which is typically a deep brown color. Instead I think they gave me an AB Health Nut (based on the flavor I tasted). was surprised that the employee would not acknowledge that it was made incorrectly, nor offer to fix the smoothie.

I’ve been coming to this location a few times and I always order ahead online with the only purpose to get my order ready after finishing my workout. I can say every time I get here there’s no one at the front, everyone seems to be on the back - I counted 5 people today that I could see on the back. I understand they might get some volume but it doesn’t explain the fact that there’s no one at the counter greeting some who comes in or taking your order. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to give me my already ready order and only because I asked someone who came quickly to give other’s order because they didn’t even look at me. I love the smoothies and bowls but customer service is also important and it really needs to improve.

The juice drinks are consistently good but the staff is consistently unfriendly. It’s like im a burden to order something from them. Really need to work on customer service here.

Thanks for the feedback! We have made some staff changes and a new manager at the Preston and Park location. We also have two employees from Venezuela that don't speak English, which sometimes is perceived as being rude, stuck-up, and non-caring. Come back in and ask for Tiffany the new manager.

I was so impressed with the sweet girl who made my smoothie. I had tried a different version of it at another location and didn’t like it as much. Then re-ordered the same thing by accident at this location and not sure why or how, but the girl who made it, made it so much better so it was a fun surprise!
