It was a great experience! We arrived a few minutes before the order was ready. We were acknowledged immediately, asked if we had a pick-up order—she was very professional and friendly. Our drinks were at the counter and she was packing drinks in the drink carrier and bag for us as we walked in. We were so thankful for what we felt like was a bit of going the extra mile for us, because we are prone to dropping drinks even before we leave the store. We’ll be back again soon!

It took 35 minutes to get my online order. People who ordered in person 10 minutes after I ordered online received their food, sat down, ate, and finished before I got mine.

A girl was in the back on her phone texting- when she came up after I had to get her attention she did not wash her hands and proceeded to get my bowl together. Not sanitary.

The associate couldn’t hear me when I walked in to pick up my order because she was in the back scrolling on her phone. My pickup order wasn’t ready and they weren’t busy. What really prompted the negative review is that after putting down her germ-filled phone, she didn’t wash her hands. She put on gloves to make my turmeric shot but the health guidelines require food service workers to wash their hands always. Sanitation is a consistent problem at Nekter.
