Even thought I tip them and regularly do each time I order.
Has there been a management or ownership change there recently?
Also for some reason the option to add almond butter to acai bowl no longer exists in the app. Employees at the store don’t know why and don’t care.

Service is ok but often receive a drink that is half foam. Not really happy when ordering a large and it is half full. When asked the server she said that it the way the come. I have a picture of todays order if you would like.

In order via the app and I showed up way too early. The team said orders made on the app come in 15 minutes prior to the time requested.
They made the order and delivered great customer service.
However, I bought 2 smoothies last week expecting I would receive two smoothies this week. I am contacting Nekter customer service about that.
