I get the same smoothie every time - without ice. Every time if tastes different. I get a shot of ginger every time. Every time tastes different. It comes with taste of parsley. Or other things.

Ordered a customized item and was given a regular bowl, and when asked received distressed comments from the gentleman in the staff. Decided to leave and move on.

The app never works when I attempt to scan in person (mind you I do a reload/ have a balance on there) so everytime instead of being able to conveniently walk in and order. It will prompt a “member not found” upon scanning. I have to place an order through the app. if I want to use my Nektar Card. I have a disability and this only furthers my stress and anxiety.
