i walked in with my buddy to order the super bowl, i received the bowl in less then 2 min.(McDonald speed) i attempted to shove my spoon into a ice hard frozen morning leftover bowl special. Freshly-Made??? meanwhile my friend waited 7 min to receive his, which came out fresh. the employees kept looking over at me guilty and had attitude. i will never go here again, and will make sure non of my friends return.

Super disappointed in the service today. I come here ALL the time. The workers there definitely know me and I support them and tag them all the time on social media. Today I tried something different on the menu - the acai Popeye smoothie. And it was just not good. At all. I told them and they didn't really seem to care and asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked what they typically do when a customer isn't satisfied and they said they do a second smoothie at half off. To me, that is unacceptable. Especially for a regular customer. So now I wasted $10. Sorry, Nekter. You've lost a life long customer over this.

This is my favorite juice bar and I love the bowls ... PB is my FAV! However this weekend I ordered a Berry bowl and PB bowl, it was very apparent the staff didn't change or clean the equipment before making the PB bowl. The bowl was PB-Berry bowl - not so tasty. Keep it clean and consistent.

Customer service is not the best. Today was my first time visiting this location. I ordered the Acaci bowl.After waiting several minutes. One of the employees called out berry bowl so I went up even though he didn't call my name because most of the people before me had already left. Employee goes did you give your name? I said yes. He was like oh it will be up shortly. Then he calls out berry bowl again and a lady who had just came in walked up. He was like did you get a bowl with a juice she said no. He was like here's your bowl. Then he asked me you had a bowl right. I said yes again. After another 10-15 minutes. He comes back and give me my bowl and was like oh I think that was your bowl I gave to other lady. Next time give your name. I said I did. Bowl was delicious but not worth the poor service and extremely long wait.

The price of the bowls have gone up while the amount of topping have gone down. A few weeks ago I ordered the acai berry bowl and it was skimpy but I said well maybe it was just a new person so I ordered an acai berry bowl again today and the fruit toppings were even more skimpy. They cut up 1 strawberry, gave me 8 blueberries, a quarter of a banana and an enormous amount of granola. On top of this location not honoring the company promotions I will no longer come to this location. I will be trying another one from now on.

I really love the juice here! It has an open set up so you can clearly see the awesome raw veggies turning into 12 oz of your desired juice blends. The acai bowls are a little interesting and eccentric for my taste but if that's your thing you'll probably love it. My favorite blend would probably be the buzz. Definitely check it out if you around! But keep in mind with all that freshness turning into juice you might have to use your virtue of patience while waiting for you drink, but it's definitely worth it!

Nicole Miller, thank you for your review. Our Texas locations are franchised, so occasionally they will opt-out of corporate-wide promotions. However, since earlier this year, they have been participating in many more promos that our corporate stores do, so feel free to give them a call next time we are offering a promotion to see if they are participating! I absolutely love this place! I will literally drive 30-40 mins out of my way to get bowls and drinks from Nekter Juice Bar. There are few places in the DFW area that has such clean, raw, and healthy food that tastes amazing!
There are so many good things here worth trying. The Toxin Flush, the Acai peanut butter bowl, the Skinny Lemonade, and the little grab-and-go coconut protein balls are my favorites! I have to be careful not to go crazy here and spend too much money 😆
