I like Nekter a lot but there are consist problems with the Novato location. The biggest inconvenience for me is that they're never really ready by opening time. I'll often order ahead right at 7 (when they are scheduled to open) and arrive around 7:10-7:15 to find that the store is not totally ready. Sometimes they don't even start making drinks until I arrive. The staff is usually busy cleaning the entire store which is normally something reserved for after hours at other businesses. Overall the quality of the drinks is good but I can tell employees feel rushed in the morning with so many tasks to complete with only so much time before their first customer.

I love Nektar but the last few times I've been to the Novato location they have been unorganized, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I will try that location one more time before I start looking for a different juice spot. The product is amazing, it can't be beaten!

I have had continuous issues with using gift cards in the app. I’ve contacted support (Punch) with no resolution. Otherwise I love Nekter but I have gift cards that I really want to use to order in advance.
